Design Consultation Service

The Design Consultation Service places our AV experts on your team to tackle a brand-new design on larger projects.  It is an extension of our Acoustical Analysis Report to generate an optimized design document, but it can also be a stand-alone consultation service. The service includes online meetings to discuss concepts, equipment selection, and options to solve problems. We’ll look at your clients’ preferences and requirements, bring new ideas and always be frank about bad choices.  We’ll be available to help you with more details and answer last-minute questions.  If purchased with the Acoustical Analysis Report, we’ll create a state-of-the-art design and acoustical report document based on our collaboration.  This service offers 4 revisions and includes video screen/projector design recommendations.  If you request this service, we’ll provide a quote to match your costs to our anticipated level of effort.

Interior Design and Structural Blueprints

This service puts our architects on your team.  Blueprints are required for many advanced projects.  We take our QuestAI acoustical design to the CAD drawing board.  We’ll refine the specific interior decor of your room to your clients preferences and create the necessary construction drawings.  Fine elements related to the mechanical and structural design including isolated walls, integration of  equipment, specialized doors, video screens, projectors, lighting plans, HVAC, electrical plans, and more are detailed in the drawings.  The level of detail is based on your requirements.  The final product is a set of blueprints ready to be handed to your building contractor or client.  The Design Drawing Phase allows 1 revision.  Once approved, and the Construction Drawing phase is begun, revisions require a change order.  If you request this service, we’ll provide a quote to match your costs to your needs.
